What is your Return & Exchange Policy
ALL RETURNS & DAMAGES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM APPROVAL • Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival or the wrong item was sent. Damaged claims will be accepted within 15 business days from the shipped date. • Damaged returns will be issued a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds in any case. Every RA will be resolved, case by case. • Please check and count the goods immediately. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. No returns accepted after that period. Store credit will be given for all returned merchandise. There will be a 10% deduction from your original store credit to cover any restocking fees. We will not refund money in any case. • Please note: All returned items MUST be in their original purchase condition; including the original product packaging and labels. • In order to submit a new claim, please send an email to email@example.com with the following information: -[Company name] -Invoice# -Style# -Color -Quantity -Reason for return -Photo of the damaged item(s) • Once we received your claim, you will receive a confirmation with a RA (Return Authorization) number.

• Orders can take up to 1-2 business days to ship out. What is Cancellation Policy?
• To cancel orders placed with us at LATISTE, please contact us by phone or by sending a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of any page. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion and we reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of the canceled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section under "Status" after they have been approved.
